Camille has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting and a minor in Dance, along with six years of professional voice training. She has performed professionally in Ohio and Atlanta across musical theatre, dance, and film, bringing a strong foundation in performance and vocal technique to every project.

Camille has been teaching since she was 16 years old, giving her over 10 years of teaching experience. After graduating from college, Camille earned her Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and worked in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with high-support autistic children. She has taught dance and theatre for many years and currently serves as a youth ensemble manager for professional theatre productions, as well as a director for children. Additionally, she is the Pre-K program director at her dance studio.

A musical theatre actor in her own right, Camille played the roles of Bowery Beauty and Specs and also served as Dance Captain for Columbus Children’s Theatre’s production of Newsies. She also appeared in The Hunchback of Notre Dame as a Dance Captain and ensemble member, and in Diary of a Wimpy Kid as Fregley’s Mom.

Camille’s mission in teaching is to provide valuable arts education for her students so they can connect with themselves and what truly matters to them, while discovering and creating their artistic voice. “I strive to cultivate a safe, inclusive, positive, and colorful atmosphere in which they can thrive and carry with them forever,” she shares.

Being silly with the young children in her classes is a must for Camille. “I believe that my silliness creates a fun and engaging atmosphere like no other,” she explains. “I especially love the time before recitals, when I can spend time with my littles and celebrate them right before they go on stage.”

Camille has one cat named Posie, whom she absolutely adores. In her free time, she loves to read, draw, and create graphic art on her iPad. “I also have synesthesia,” she shares, “which has deeply influenced my creativity and the way I approach art and movement. Because of that, I love blending paint, music, and dance together and often create work that connects all three.”
