Did you miss our Student of the Month feature? Well it’s back, and this month we would like to introduce you to our November Student of the Month, Collin Holgerson! His teacher, Miss Chelsea Smith says:
“I nominated Collin because he’s a hard worker and is always excited for piano. He is enthusiastic about approaching music and believes that the note names are everything when playing. He does the work in the lesson and chooses to have fun even though it might be hard… I might’ve nominated him because he wears his minion tshirt almost every time I’m there!! Maybe ;)”
Collin is 7 years old and is in the 2nd grade at Birmingham Falls Elementary School. In addition to playing piano, Collin loves reading Magic Tree House books and he even writes his own stories! But his talents don’t end there. He also plays baseball and is on the Atlanta Swim Team. When he’s home, he also enjoys playing with his brothers and sister.
