Michael Zollinger - Guitar

Since returning to Atlanta, Michael Zollinger is continuing his passion for music, sharing his knowledge and love of guitar with students of all ages and experience. Michael began teaching guitar while studying classical guitar performance at the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music. With seven years of teaching and performance he has returned to Atlanta excited to offer his experience to his students. Michael believes strongly in teaching within his student’s individual learning style. Having a personal understanding of dyslexia, Michael makes time to get to know his students, helping him understand how best to convey the material. Studying north Indian classical music on the Sitar, an 18 string guitar-like instrument, is his latest endeavor and Michael also works as a licensed neuromuscular and sports therapist, working with musicians and athletes.

Emily Wienand – Piano, Flute and Beginning Guitar

Emily was born in Ohio and began her piano studies at the early age of 6 including studies at the Cleveland Institute of Music. As a teen, she performed as a soloist with performances at Kent State University, and she accompanied high school choirs and other soloists. Emily received her degree in Piano Performance from Kent State University; and she has been teaching piano, guitar and flute for the past seven years. Emily currently attends the Larry Crab School in Tucker, GA where she was accepted into the Piano Technology program. Her experience teaching children is highly praised by students, parents, and colleagues.
